Diabetics at TGI Friday

If you're a diabetic, then you must be extra careful while dining at TGI Friday. Try the salad menu at TGI Friday to keep your sugar and sodium intake in check. Soups are great to keep you full and satisfied without munching on the unhealthy greased meat-based dishes on TGI Friday menu.

Foods to Avoid at TGI Friday for Diabetics:

Sugar and sodium intake are crucial if you have diabetes. While the salads are the best option for you at TGI Friday, it is recommended to avoid the Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad containing over 1000 calories and 1,650mg sodium. Also, skip Warm Pretzels with Craft Beer-Cheese dipping sauce as it contains more than 3000mg sodium. It is wise to skip the dessert for diabetics, especially the Brownie Obsession topped with Vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and pecans.

Yes, I went to Friday's last night... mainly because we were starving and shoe shopping. Here's my review... stay out. The pecan crusted chicken salad.... the worst I have ever eaten. In fact, it came home for the dog and I ate a salad at home.

Mediocre food.got the fridays Shrimp and it was so terrible. The broccoli soup was salty. I couldn't finish it. Service is good, but that is not what you come to a restaurant for. If u want GOOD food, don't try here

My boyfriend and I went to this location yesterday a little after 4pm yesterday, there was a total of 5 tables other than us, we waited 10 minutes and the server was more interested in talking basketball to others at bar or other table across from us. He NEVER!!!! Came to table to even asked us for drink order, I told my boyfriend this is not even almost ok, don't know if it was because I am in mobility scooter or just piss poor staff we left went down street to another restaurant where service was awesome I was stupid enough to sign up for the Friday reward club, which now that I'm in boynton beach will NEVER USE Do NOT go to this restaurant!!!! It's awful!!!!

Typical Fridays here in Boynton Beach. It's normally not very busy so we come here occasionally to grab a bite to eat. Food here is good and service is decent. Free wifi is available whenever it's working here. I seem not to have the best of luck with it. They normally have 2 for 1 drafts here and appetizer specials. Also they bring you complimentary chips & salsa if they don't forget. I like the mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings here. For entree I prefer the regular ribs vs. Jack Daniels as they seem more flavorful.

When you order food based on the pictures you see on the menu, the pictures always look better than the actual food when it comes out but that's to be expected most of the time. But here, when the food comes out, it's a major disappointment. It looks A LOT worse than the picture. Not just slightly worse. So when you're expecting something in your head and see what you got, its disappointing. The food came out looking withered and the ahi tuna looked dried out. The bruschetta barely had tomatoes. The good thing about this place is that they have a bunch of deals. You can get a 3 course meal for $10 or pick and choose a bunch of little appetizers. They also have buy one get one happy hour Long Island iced teas and mojitos.

No good! I recently moved to town and was always ok with this chain, so not sure if the chain has gone downhill or if it's the location... I thought it was bizzare that the happy hour "2 for 1" drinks literally come out together - so I had 2 beers arriving at the same time... So you either have to drink fast (not always the best idea...) or have a warm beer by the time you get to your 2nd drink. Why can't they just bring the 2nd drink when you are ready for it?? We even asked the waitress but were told that's just how they do it. My husband got the endless appetizers - which take forever between rounds and ultimately makes you want to give up and just leave. I ordered a burger and it took forever to arrive and was overcooked - but at that point, our "easy weeknight dinner out" had turned into way too long of an affair so I just ate part of it and vowed never to return. This location seems depressing and run down on top of everything else. The only plus was the friendly waitress. There are ironically much cheaper happy hours that are WAY better, thus I have no reason to return.

Came in several times for lunch and had a good meal, nothing like the other reviews. The place seemed clean, even the bathroom. We had the same waiter both times, and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It did take a long time for the food to come out, but when it did, it was really good. Hamburgers were cooked as ordered and were very tasty. One time we had the endless appetizer special and it was really good. Each time you ordered they brought you another full size app, and they were nice and hot and delish.

It was ok they had friendly staff and good deals when I had came ,the food was good and so were the drinks my only problem was that the food didn't come altogether my friends received theirs fist and by the time I got mines they where done and ready to go and the whole point for appetizers was to get them before the food but they brought them out with the food .

Horrible..... We used to love Fridays, years ago at least. Service was good but the food was ok, for the amount of money we paid for our bill (whereas we only had a soup, drinks, 2 entrees and an appetizer and the bill was $80) that was a bit much considering other restaurants offer better specials. I don't mind paying high prices for a meal, if the food is great, but when it's mediocre, then it is disappointing. The amount of food they give you seems to get smaller and smaller every time we go. With so many other competition out there, I don't see Fridays trying to stand out anymore. Not to mention that nothing on their menu is somewhat healthy, everything is high in fat. Not sure I'll come here again.

What better way to spend an afternoon with mom than to chow down on some good food and have some laughs. We were waited on immediately and we had a buy one, get one free coupon that we took advantage of. They gave us free chips and salsa since I'm a rewards member. While we were snacking away on those, I settled for the bbq bacon burger. It was topped with fried onion strings, cheese, and bbq sauce as well. Yum. I felt like I put like 1,999 calories in my body and the best part was that I didn't feel one bit of guilt. We topped it off with a ice cream strawberry shortcake. It was good, but it could of used some strawberry sauce. The service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry.

T-G-I-Fridays!!!!!!!!! Overall, I like this restaurant over some of its competitors (more options for more people) Service is pretty good at this locations! From the hostesses to the servers, everyone is on top of their game! They as a team go to great lengths to make sure you and your party are enjoying your meal/experience :) Food is pretty standard with the other TGI Fridays nationwide but be sure to check this one out: service is worthy of a visit! Ask for Happy Hour specials! Sign up for the Give Me More Stripes Card!! Enjoy!

The service sucked and our waiter Patrick was useless. The restaurant was empty and we had to call another waiter. Food was sub par. No wonder I never come here. Oh and I came along on an invite.
